as per Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 (hereinafter P.S.) with respect to personal data collected by E. BERGAMASCHI & FIGLIO S.p.a , we advise that:

1. Purpose of Data Processing

Collected data is processed for the sole and exclusive purpose or pursuing the normal economic activity of the firm, being the supply of requested products and services. Specifically, this entails:

insertion of client data in company databases; issuance of shipping waybills, invoices and refunds; issuance of price quotes to existing or potential customers; issuance of requests to existing or potential suppliers; proper data registration for accounting and VAT purposes; management of payments and collections;

for mailing of technical and/or commercial information relating to our operations to existing or potential clients; for internal data statistical processing of client satisfaction, product/service quality control, improved understanding of customer needs; for communication purposes (of commercial, financial or administrative nature) by telephone, mail, messenger, fax, e-mail or through public and private areas of the web site; for meeting legal requirements, be they norms or regulations at the EU, Italian legal or fiscal level.

2. Data Handling

a) Data is processed as indicated in art.4 comma 1 paragraph a) of P.S.: collection, registration, organisation. Archives, consulting, processing, editing, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, cancellation and destruction of data.

b) Handling may occur by electronic or automated means.

c) Processing is undertaken by the bearer or those designated by bearer to process the data.


3. Granting of Data

The granting of common personal data is required for the activity defined in point 1 above.


4. Refusal to Grant Data

The consequence of a refusal to grant personal data is the impossibility to conduct the activities described in point 1 above.


5. Communication of Data.

Personal data may, for the purposes described in point 1 above, be transmitted to outside partners, members of the judiciary system, legal opponents and their legal representatives and any other subject where necessary to comply with the requirements indicated in point 1 above.

6. Data Circulation.

Personal data is not subject to circulation.

7. Transfer of Data Abroad

Personal data may be transferred to countries of the European Union and other nations in accordance to the purposes described in point 1 above.

8. User Rights

Art. 7 P.S. grants to the interested party the right to obtain from the bearer the confirmation of the data's existence and transmission of such in an comprehensible form; the interested party has the right to know the origin of the data, its use and method of transmission, the logic applied to the processing, the identity of the bearer and of those to whom it may be transmitted; the interested party can also require the updating, correction and addition of data, the cancellation, the anonymous editing or blocking of data in violation of the law, the owner of the data can refuse - for legitimate purposes - the processing of the data.

9. Bearer of Data

The bearer of the data is E. BERGAMASCHI & FIGLIO S.p.a corporation, with offices in Via C. Romani, 13/21 - 20091 Bresso ( Milano) - Italy The reference person for data processing is Enrico Bergamaschi.
